We're excited to announce the addition of a new trainer to our roster, Eden Elizabeth! In addition to the existing classes, Eden will teach a combination of functional fitness and flexibility classes on the following days:

Monday: 5:15 p.m.
Wednesday: 5:15 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m.

She's also booking private sessions, so if your interested, contact her at  UFM about prices. If you haven't met her yet, she'll be popping into the regular Fitness Kickboxing classes, too.

Grady Sue Hurley improved his professional record to 12-1 Saturday night at the Summit for V3 fights. The ref stopped the bout in round 1 due to strikes. The crowd obviously turned out to see the hometown hero put on a show. Grady Sue, one of the coaches at UFM, trains as a champion should, hard and consistent. If you want to see how far you can go in boxing, jiu jitsu, mma or just pure fitness, contact Grady Sue at the gym and set up a private lesson, you won't be disappointed.

Jesus "Zeus" Flores wins in dominating, aggressive fashion at V3 Fights in Tupelo last Saturday night in front of a huge cheering crowd. He chased his opponent around the cage for 3 rounds landing multiple shots to his opponent and even had a takedown at the end of the 2nd round. Zeus won a unanimous decision.

UFM is proud of Zeus, he is a fantastic student and one of the hardest working guys in the gym.
