Kids division: Age group 9 years old and under. (3 minute rounds)
Kids division: Age group 10-12 years old (3 minute rounds)
Teens division: 13 - 17 years old (4 minute rounds)
Teen weight classes:
190 and up
189.9 to 170
169.9 to 140
139.9 and under
Adult division: (Beginner, Under one year; Intermediate, One to three years; Advanced, Three plus years.) All three will have the same weight class.
Beginners, 4 minute rounds; Intermediate, 5 minute rounds; Advanced, 7 minute rounds
Adult division weight classes:
200 and up
199.9 to 175
174.99 to 155
154.99 and under
Ladies division: Open
Absolute division: Open to all weights and skill levels. (This has been reported to be the most fun and most popular of all classes.
