We have been waiting on it for a while now. To be honest, Chris and Cody had the video done a while back but the editing proved to be challenging for me. But as promised, here is the first edition of the "True Believers MMA" video blog from pro MMA fighter and head trainer at TBJJ, Chris Gates. Chris brings along Cody Floyd, Strikeforce veteran, to share some of their travels to different gyms around the Southeast.
This is a fun series and we are sure you will enjoy it. Chris and Cody lighten things up and show that MMA isn't just all blood and guts. It is about real people of all ages working hard to better themselves and making great friends along the way.
