We're excited to announce the addition of a new trainer to our roster, Eden Elizabeth! In addition to the existing classes, Eden will teach a combination of functional fitness and flexibility classes on the following days:
Monday: 5:15 p.m.
Wednesday: 5:15 p.m.

Grady Sue Hurley improved his professional record to 12-1 Saturday night at the Summit for V3 fights. The ref stopped the bout in round 1 due to strikes. The crowd obviously turned out to see the hometown hero put on a show. Grady Sue, one of the coaches at UFM, trains as a champion should, hard and consistent. If you want to see how far you can go in boxing, jiu jitsu, mma or just pure fitness, contact Grady Sue at the gym and set up a private lesson, you won't be disappointed.
Jesus "Zeus" Flores wins in dominating, aggressive fashion at V3 Fights in Tupelo last Saturday night in front of a huge cheering crowd. He chased his opponent around the cage for 3 rounds landing multiple shots to his opponent and even had a takedown at the end of the 2nd round. Zeus won a unanimous decision.
UFM is proud of Zeus, he is a fantastic student and one of the hardest working guys in the gym.

SFC Sells Out In Tupelo - UFM Shows Extremely Well
On Saturday, August 2nd, UFM's fighters were out in force when Summit Fighting Championships came to Tupelo. The atmosphere at the Tupelo Furniture Market was electric as fans stood in lines that reached across the massive parking lot to see their favorite fighters. Once inside it was standing room only in what may be the best event of 2015.
In front of a sell out crowd, the UFM fighters put on a show that will likely not be forgotten anytime soon. Every attendee we spoke with had nothing but good things to say and they can't wait for the next event. Rumor has it that it might be in November.
The team went 6 for 7 fights which is remarkable. Fans were using words like "Amazing" and "Fantastic" as they remarked on the event as a whole. One fan stated "I have never been to an event that had this much action in it and I have been to a lot of MMA events. There wasn't one bad performance out of any of the UFM guys!"
First time fight attendee Brent Collum said he would be back. Brent and his wife Lori own Fourth Street Restaurant in Red Bay, Ala. They traveled over 50 miles to see what all the fuss was about and both said they would most certainly be back. "Man, that was awesome!" Brad stated.
Not only did fans get to see the best fights, but many of the old timers got to see some of their old favorites like Chris Gates, Jeremy Kilgore, and Jon Price, all of Team AGEMA who were there to cheer on their old friends and teammates.
Grady, Brian, Isaac, Ben, "Zeus", Daniel, and Nelson were in shape and ready to fight. It was obvious that Cody, Scott, and Jeff had prepared them well. As Mark Romano says "Perfect practice makes perfect" and boy did these guys get close to perfect. We are very proud of Team AGEMA and all the fighters. Stay tuned for pictures, video links and other information.
Hurry over to the UFM Facebook page for lots more pictures from the event.

Burdine, White, CARNAGE IN COLUMBUS III
UFM Tupelo and Team AGEMA is proud to announce a number of fighters from our area are scheduled to fight at "Carnage in Columbus III" on Saturday, March 23rd.
Johnathan "The King's Kid" Burdine of Team Paragon in Corinth will be on-hand to provide the explosive performance his fans have come to know and love at Carmage in Columbus on March 23rd. As usual, JBurd has trained hard for this fight and is sure to put on a great show.
JBurd isn't showing up solo, two other Paragon fighters are also scheduled to appear. Randy Stafford, with a 1-0 record at 155 pounds will face a game opponent to be announced soon.
Dillon Bartram is making his cage debut at 145 pounds. Stay tuned for more information on their fights and times.
Brian "Bad Intentions" White of Brian White MMA in Pontotoc will be entering the cage as well. Brian will be facing Keith Johnson at 170 pounds. Keith has a record of 10-3. You won't want to miss this fight. It promises to be one of the most explosive scraps of the night.
Brian is bringing a stable of fighters to the event. Ben Parrish will face Bobby Stiner at 205 pounds, Jamie Lopez will face Elliott Conn at 135 pounds, and Jose Gordillo will face Cory Jones at 135 pounds. Brian, Ben, Jamie and Jose have been training hard for this event. It is obvious that the Brian White MMA guys are serious about their craft and mean to represent the Pontotoc gym well.
JBurd and Brian are Team AGEMA vets. Their fan base grows with every show and they never bring less than their "A" game. If you haven't seen these guys, it will be well worth your trip to do so. They are easy guys to like and easy to cheer for. Once you meet them you will know why they are so popular. They are just "good people"; however, you wouldn't want to meet them in the cage. I for one would run from either of them and am not ashamed to say so. When you see them fight, you will know why.
Find them all on FACEBOOK right away and show them your support.
Carnage in Columbus will be held at the Trotter Convention Center in Columbus, Miss. on Saturday, March 23rd, 2013.
